WicketYaari is a free daily puzzle site. These terms are deliberately short, because the service is deliberately simple.

No money, in either direction

There are no entry fees, no stakes, no prizes, no vouchers, no wallet and no withdrawals. Nothing on this site is a game of chance or skill played for money, and nothing here is a lottery, a wager or a fantasy contest. There is nothing to win but position on a leaderboard.

Playing fairly

Automated play, scraping the answer endpoints, or anything that spoils a live puzzle for other people will get an identifier rate-limited or blocked. Answers are published six hours after a puzzle opens; please do not post them earlier.

Groups

A group is a secret link. Anyone holding that link can join it and see the board. Do not put anything in a group name or nickname that you would mind a stranger reading.

Accuracy

The player and match data is compiled by hand from public records and will occasionally be wrong. Tell us and we will fix it. The calculators are aids, not authorities, and the Duckworth-Lewis page is explicitly an estimate rather than the official method.

Availability

This is a small site run by one person. It may be down sometimes. Your streak is stored server-side and survives an outage.
